The Bucharest National Opera reserves the evening of December 6, 2020, from 19:00 p.m., for a musical creation with a Puccinian flavor. The show "Tosca" by Giacomo Puccini, directed by Mario De Carlo, is a lyrical invitation to one of the most passionate and tragic love stories.

"Tosca" is one of the world's best-loved operas and a roller coaster story in which love, greed, crime and political intrigue intertwine seamlessly. This complex work, the strength of which Puccini sensed even before he composed it – “a work I need”, he used to say back then – it hasn't lost its charm  not even after more than a century since the world premiere.
